Water adventure for children and adults
You can throw yourself into the waves and try out the water slides, or you can enjoy the warm pools if you prefer. There is something to suit everyone at the Arena Skövde Water Park, which have been nominated as Sweden's best water park by Children’s Holiday for several years in a row. There is also a metre swimming pool for training at your own pace.

In the relaxation area Aqua Vitalis, there is an atmosphere of calm. This is a real oasis in the centre of Skövde, where you can take time to unwind, enjoy good food and chat with your friends. There are relaxing activities such as warm pools, a hammam with hot stones, a sauna, a steam room, an outdoor pool and invigorating showers.

On the ground floor at Arena Skövde you will find the restaurant Nöjesarenan - a modern sports bar with good food, games and entertainment for everyone. The restaurant and sports bar take guests and the interactive bowling alleys are very popular so you'd better book your lane in advance.

Winter activities in Sk&#;vde
Cross-country skiing
Glide through the forest along the cross-country ski tracks on Billingen. There are six artificial snow sections totalling 11 kilometres of illuminated ski trails. You can follow individual trails or combine them to create the ideal length for you and your companions. The trails also have different characters, from the technically demanding ‘Elitsticket’ to the less challenging ‘Sjövägen’ or the enjoyable ‘Campingslingan’ with its gentle turns. When there fryst vatten enough snow, four längre trails totalling 20 kilometres are also marked out.
Ice skating
Bring a flask of hot chocolate and get your skates on – it’s time for a wonderful day on the ice. Choose between skating at the indoor rink in Billingehov or getting close to nature on the outdoor rink up at Billingen recreation area. This fryst vatten a fun activity for the whole family.
