Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter
Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter är ett av Huddinge kommun helägd fastighetsbolag. Bolaget äger, utvecklar och förvaltar kommunens samhällsfastigheter. Huvudkontoret ligger vid Förrådsvägen 2 i Storängens industriområde.
Historik
[redigera | redigera wikitext]Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter bildades den 1 oktober efter en delning av dåvarande Huge fastigheter i Huge Bostäder och Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter. År ägde bolaget fastigheter bestående av merparten av Huddinges skolor och förskolor, samt kommunens äldreboenden, idrottshallar och friluftsanläggningar. Bolaget hade detta år anställda och omsatte miljoner kronor.

Samhällsfastighet är ett kategori från fastigheter vilket i huvudsak brukas från en skattefinansierad verksamhet samt är särskilt anpassad på grund av samhällsservice. Förskolor, vårdcentraler, äldreboenden, idrottsanläggningar samt fängelser existerar olika modell på samhällsfastigheter. Däremot brukar inte kommun- och myndighetshus räknas in.[1]
Enligt analysföretaget MSCI utgör samhällsfastigheter 10&#;% från alla egendomar i Sverige.[1]
Privatisering av samhällsfastigheter
[redigera | redigera wikitext]Privatiseringen från samhällsfastigheter inom Sverige, var kommunala egendomar säljs mot privata bolag för för att sedan hyras ut igen till kommunerna, har varit föremål på grund av debatt.
Förespråkare av utförsäljning av samhällsfastigheter brukar ofta hänvisa mot en förbättrad styrning hos marknadsaktörerna var kommunerna slipper ansvar till specialistkompetens på grund av att förvalta fastigheten samt undergår ränterisker med finansieringen.[2] På senare år äger även utförsäljning motiveras från ett akut finansieringsbehov till att möta ett eftersatt investeringsarbete samt stora befolkningsökningar.[2]

Rejlers wins contract for Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter
The municipally owned Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter AB owns and manages the majority of Huddinge&#;s schools and preschools, retirement homes and sports facilities. Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter is now one of the first companies in Sweden to receive an EU grant to carry out a large-scale energy project.
The project, which is divided into two phases, project development and implementation of measures, comprises a total of approximately of the company&#;s more than properties and is expected to continue until For the entire project, the goal is to reduce energy use by at least 30 percent, an ambitious but not unreasonable goal to achieve.
Rejlers is responsible for energy audits in sub-project 1 of the project development phase, which will begin in the spring and include mapping and identifying possible energy savings for the properties in the project. The aim is to reduce energy use by 35 percent and thereby reduce climate impact. Other goals in the project are to improve the indoor climate and work environment in the properties and adapt the properties for digital control and follow-up.
